Club Activities under current COVID restrictions (from 17-Jun-2021)
(Note: As of 5-Aug-2021, most physical activities are still on hold while we are in lockdown#6. More Info here )
Club Permits Still being processed if posted to the club P.O. Box (see here)
and can be signed at Monthly Club meetings by leaving your permit in the Karnak room and collecting it after the meeting.
Permits will also be signed each 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Clubrooms between 12 noon and 12:10,
and on 4th Wednesday "Open Clubrooms" days.
Open clubrooms The fourth Wednesday "Open Clubrooms" events restarted in January 2021.
Doors open from 10-2. Regalia, and Library open, club permits signed at noon.
Club meetings Current restrictions mean that there is still a cap on numbers attending club meetings.
You need to reserve your place beforehand by responding to an email sent the week before.
Contact tracing information must still be recorded for everyone who enters the building.
We can no longer do this from your membership card, it must be done using the Service Victoria app on your phone.

We will continue to use Zoom for meetings so members can participate from home.

If you do not have a smart phone, or are not capable of scanning the Service Victoria QR code,
please complete the contact tracing form on the front table.
Meetings must be pre-arranged with the Club Captain.
Registers may continue to conduct online meetings via Zoom if they wish.
Club runs Club runs are now feasible, but with some restrictions. Check the online calendar for updates.
All attendees on runs must be recorded on a contact tracing form.
