MG Car Club Victoria National Meeting 2009 Registration


Summary of National Meeting Registration Rules:-
  1. All competitors will be automatically entered in the Concours
  2. A social entrant can enter 1 vehicle in the Concours at no additional cost
  3. A junior competitor must be under 18 at 1/1/09
  4. Maximum 3 competitors from 1 family in the same vehicle
  5. Maximum 2 non related competitors in the same vehicle
  6. Maximum 1 Competitor in 2 cars
  7. 1 additional vehicle may be entered in the Concours only for an additional fee
  8. Early Bird discounts finish strictly on 15th February 2009
Registration can be done on-line or by mailing a completed registration form. Registration Form       Supplementary Regulations

On-line Registration Instructions:-

The Natmeet 09 on-line registration process will ask a series of questions & build an on-line registration form for you. If you are entering as a family, ie 2 or more competitors (maximum 3) in 1 vehicle, plus social entrants, please select the family option in the registration process.

Once your registration is complete you will have the option to save & print the registration form. This will give you a registration number and a copy of your registration details. The second page is your Competitor's Disclaimer that must be signed & brought with you to registration on Good Friday, along with your Car Club membership card & your CAMS licence.

An invoice will also be generated that you can print. This will list your total registration amount with a BPay, cheque or off-line credit card option for payment that you can post to the registrars.

If you would prefer you can pay securely on-line using either your Visa or Mastercard.

Please note that BPay payments must be made prior to 15th February 2009 to receive the early bird discounts. Likewise cheques & credit card payments must be received by the registrar by 15th February 2009.
