| Info on this owner supplied by John Gowers. Mr Hollis Sr. found & purchased this car (when working as a linesman with the SEC), from under a tree in the front of a house he was working on. Car was last fully registered in 1973. Original body colour was Ivory, then changed to black, currently red. Car is fitted with period bucket seats of unknown origin.
A lot of work is needed to bring this car back to life. Car advertised and sold in November 1999 for approx $7500. Advertised again in The Age, asking price $12,500. Recent engine, gearbox & running gear overhaul completed by Peter. |
