| Purchased on 7/7/1969 by Doug when it was fitted with a TC G/box and TF engine # XPEG TF 35693. Body colour was BRG. Car rebuilt during 1970/1 when original body colour was found to be black under running board strips. Currently fitted with 1.5" S.U. carbs & TF air cleaners, ceramic coated extractor exhaust system, rear axle tramp rods, 4.3:1 diff, Needham c/ratio gear box, 6" wheels & 185x15 Tyres. Car has competed in MGCC National Meetings all over Australia. Best Rob Roy Hill climb time 30.34 seconds on 15/7/01. |
