As discussed at the Racing Register AGM on February 3rd, the MG Racing Committee has given serious consideration to a potential new Point Score system, and to a number of potential changes to rules associated with a number of the Register's annual trophies.

The proposed new point score system and the proposed changes to Trophy rules are summarised in the attached two papers, and comments are invited from members of the Register.

Comments shoud be made in writing to Jim Hall, Captain of the Register, by March 3rd. Comments received will be considered by the Committee at a meeting in mid-March thus allowing time for potential implematation for the 2006 season.
